Overall Responsibility of the Restaurant
- Promote and market in-house events and parties
- Scheduling and Labour Management
- Guest Satisfaction – Ensure Guest Satisfaction and Service Recovery
- QA – Responsible for compliance with all brand standards and health code
- Cleanliness of Restaurant (Kitchen & Dining Room)
- Training & Development/Coaching of Front of the House Staff
- Assist GM in growing the business and building a strong restaurant team
- Prepare performance appraisals for Front of the House staff for review with GM
- Hiring Responsibilities for Front of the House staff with GM oversight
- Address disciplinary issues and issue documentation after reviewing with GM
- Manage the communications to restaurant staff
- Sales Building – assist General Manager to create local store marketing plans to build sales
- Assist GM in meeting budget (Top line and bottom line)
