The Opportunity: Wings Over is seeking Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be cross-trained in both Front of House and Back of House workstations.

Day in the Life (includes, but is not limited to):
- Trains to be familiar with FOH and BOH workstations to include greeting guests in-person and on the phone, taking orders in our POS system, breading and frying chicken, saucing, assembling orders, food prep, and washing dishes
- Helps deliver our promise of amazing food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Delivers gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise
- Contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code
- Other related duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Legal US work authorization
