What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food with an eye for detail and consistency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff.
  • Solid knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and kitchen best practices.
  • The ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset and willingness to collaborate on menu innovations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team and maintaining high standards.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking to Wingmans’ award-winning specifications.
  • Manage kitchen operations during the Head Chef’s absence.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire junior chefs to grow within the team.
  • Assist with stock control, leadership, training, ordering, and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensure all dishes leave the pass looking and tasting incredible, every time.
