Wingfield Academy is seeking a dedicated Reprographics Assistant to manage and support the production of all printed materials, displays, and communications. In this varied role, you will oversee the day-to-day reprographics service, prepare and distribute resources for staff, maintain stock levels, and ensure that the Academys displays are professional and engaging. You will also prepare Year 7 birthday cards and provide support at selected after-school events. Your work will play a vital part in ensuring staff, students, and visitors experience a well-organised, welcoming Academy environment. We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a calm and professional approach. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a supportive team. Experience with reprographics equipment and a background in administration is desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am 1pm, during term time plus 1 week and all INSET days.
