We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Assistant Headteacher– Achievement (Progress & Outcomes) to join our Senior Leadership Team andplay a pivotal role in sustaining and further improving the exceptionaloutcomes achieved by our pupils. The successful candidate must be a Teacher ofMathematics and will join one of the highest-performing secondary schools inthe area.
As Assistant Headteacher forAchievement you will provide strategic leadership of student achievement acrossthe Academy. You will ensure that we have the highest expectations for everystudent, that leaders at all levels understand the performance of their areas,and that assessment and achievement information is used intelligently toidentify priorities and secure excellent outcomes. Working closely with theHeadteacher and Senior Leadership Team, you will provide both support andchallenge to ensure that no student or cohort is left behind.
Alongside your whole-schoolleadership responsibilities, you will be an excellent Teacher of Mathematicswho models the very highest standards of classroom practice. You will workclosely with our established Mathematics leadership team and contribute to thecontinued success of an already thriving subject area.
