We are looking for a driven, hands-on Store Manager to lead our new Wingers restaurant in Northwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious operator who thrives in a fast-paced QSR environment and knows how to build strong teams, deliver results, and create great guest experiences. Immediate start available.
The Role
- Leading and developing your team
- Driving sales and controlling costs
- Delivering excellent guest service
- Managing rotas, labour, and productivity
- Maintaining food safety, health & safety, and brand standards

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will lead from the front.

- Previous management experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or food service
- Strong people leadership and coaching skills

- Calm under pressure in a busy trading environment

Hours
Store opening hours: 11:00am - 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.
