What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Working with store teams and placing orders with suppliers to guarantee constant stock availability;
- Ensuring stock and promotions are merchandised correctly;
- Building relationships with customers and staff to help grow sales;
- Educating yourself, staff and customers with both existing and new products;
- Gathering market information to identify trends and develop new lines.

Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Stock Ordering Co-Ordinator. You will work closely and report directly to the Group Category Managers. You will drive sales and add value in store and for the group by ensuring that the store has the right products, in the right place, at the right price, and communicating this to customers and operational teams. The role involves working closely with internal teams and software to forecast demand, monitor stock levels, and maintain accurate records. Using data, you will build relationships with customers and suppliers to develop and grow the business.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills;
- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Commercial awareness in a retail setting;
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office software;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of Oriental groceries is a plus;
- Experience in a customer-facing environment would be an advantage.
Working Hours and Salary: Minimum 35 hours, 5 days a week, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day. Competitive salary and company benefits package.
