We are seeking a room leader for our “cooked and packaged” production team, to join us at our state of the art production and office facilities at our Headquarters in Indian Queens, Cornwall TR9 6TL. Full training will be provided, so don’t let a lack of experience put you off this exciting opportunity, we are willing to train the right candidate! Positivity and enthusiasm make all the difference!
What we are looking for:
- Self motivated and a team player who can work on their own initiative.
- Work effectively when under pressure and in pressurised environments.
- Have good time management skills.
- Demonstrable experience leading a team.
- Good strong communicator, happy giving direction.
- Flexible around working hours, hard working and have a positive approach and a willingness to help in other areas as and when required.
- Overtime during seasonal demand.
Schedule: Monday to Friday. The role is due to start as soon as possible.
