Role Summary
We are looking for Food Production workers to join our filleting team helping to prepare our fish and shellfish for our customers.
Responsibilities
- You will be working in the factory food preparation area with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are met to the highest standard.
- Duties will include filleting fish to meet customer request, ready for packaging and sending to customers, packaging the production, and cleaning the work area at the end of the shift.
Requirements & Preferences
- Full training will be provided, so don’t let a lack of experience put you off this exciting opportunity.
- If you do have experience with fish this would be an advantage.
- You will be self motivated and a team player who is comfortable working under your own initiative.
- You will need to be able to work quickly without compromising our high presentation standards and be able to communicate with colleagues concerning stock and other issues.
- You will need to be flexible around working hours, hard working and have a positive approach and a willingness to help in other areas as and when required.
Start date
The role is due to start as soon as possible.
Salary
Salary: £13 - £14 per hour (experience related) to be reviewed after a three month probation.
