About The Role
We are hiring a full-time Content Creator & On-Camera Talent to produce compelling product walkthroughs, educational videos, thought-leadership content, UGC-style ads, and industry-specific explainers for our company. You will film yourself & your screen regularly, create scripts, edit videos, record your screen while on camera, collaborate on creative concepts, and produce 3–5 videos per week across multiple formats. You’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams. You will have a lot of autonomy to suggest content and have a high degree of impact. This is a highly creative, high-leverage role that will directly shape our company's (and sister brands') public identity.
Responsibilities
- Content Production
- Film yourself on camera for short-form and long-form video content (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, product pages, ads)
- Produce multiple polished videos per week, including product tutorials & walkthroughs; explainer videos for SMBs across multiple industries (law firms, HVAC, real estate, med spa, home services, etc.); UGC-style testimonial ads for paid performance channels; sales enablement content: objection handling, use-case stories, etc.; how-to and onboarding videos for customers; thought leadership, commentary, and trend breakdowns
- Scriptwriting & Creative Development
- Write clear, engaging scripts and hooks
- Brainstorm video ideas aligned with business goals and trending content formats
- Localize content to feel authentically American in tone, delivery, and cultural reference
- Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit videos for multiple platforms using tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar
- Add subtitles, transitions, animations, screen recordings, and visual overlays
- Maintain consistent branding (music, colors, lower thirds, CTA styles)
- Technical Setup
- Handle basic filming setup: lighting, framing, mic checks, stable camera use
- Willing to learn more advanced techniques for cleaner, more polished production
- Tools & Tech
- Use apps like Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, and others to show off product automations
- Be tech-savvy enough to learn new tools (B2B tools like CRMs, Dialers, etc.) quickly
- Collaboration & Operations
- Work with marketing, product, and sales to align content with campaigns
- Join occasional on-location shoots with clients or internal teams
Requirements
- Must-Haves
- Strong camera presence with a confident, friendly, and clear speaking voice
- Clear and fluent spoken English that US-based customers can easily understand
- Comfortable filming yourself regularly and following scripts
- Experience editing videos (short-form or long-form)
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (YT, TikTok, Reels)
- Tech-savvy – able to learn software tools quickly (CRMs, Zapier/Make.com, phone systems, automations, etc.)
- Proactive, organized, and able to consistently hit weekly content output goals
- Nice-to-Haves
- Background in content creation, influencing, livestreaming, UGC, or on-camera work
- Interest in AI, tech, startups, or business automation
- Experience writing scripts or storyboards
- Familiarity with lighting setups, microphones, cameras
- Understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and SMB pain points
- Understanding of cameras, lighting, coloring – know how to adjust complex settings
