Wing is seeking elite talent to join M32 AI, dedicated to building agentic AI for SMB's globally. Think of it like a startup within a corporate: fast moving and agile, with the stability of a corporate, and zero bureaucracy. If you’re driven by challenge and eager to make a significant impact in a high-caliber role, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

We are looking for a Content Editor who doesn't just "write articles," but builds search-authority. We are improving our website and a blog down the line; we need the foundational copy and the SEO roadmap to make it successful. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a proven track record of developing compelling content strategies that resonate with B2B audiences. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms while also nurturing our online community to ensure it remains vibrant and engaged. This is NOT a role for a generalist. We need someone who understands the nuances of technical SaaS products and can translate them into compelling, search-optimized narratives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our business goals
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates
  • Web Copy: Drafting high-converting, punchy site copy that resonates with a technical audience
  • Blog Roadmap: Building a keyword-backed content calendar for our upcoming launch
  • SEO Execution: On-page optimization (Entity-based writing, intent matching, and metadata) that goes beyond just "stuffing keywords."
  • Tone of Voice: Ensuring our brand sounds like a leader in the AI space – authoritative yet accessible
  • Curate relevant industry content and share insights to keep the community informed and engaged
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content and community growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Specialist or Content Editor, particularly within B2B SaaS startups
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling content that drives engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong understanding of SEO practices and content marketing principles
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for community engagement
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and community initiatives

The Non-Negotiables

  • You know how to manage a brief, hit a deadline, and self-edit
  • You can navigate Ahrefs/SEMRush and understand topical authority.
  • You aren't an "SEO Specialist," but you know exactly how to write for one
  • You can explain complex software value props without sounding like a generic brochure
