Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to position Winfo Solutions as a trusted partner for their technology needs.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Manage a portfolio of clients across an industry sector. Leverage your expertise in Oracle Apps and/or Tech, as well as consulting services, to effectively position and sell Winfo Solutions' offerings to clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their pain points and requirements. Propose tailored solutions that address their specific needs, leveraging Winfo Solutions' portfolio of services, including Oracle services, Cloud solutions, and SaaS offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure. Utilise CRM systems and sales tools to track opportunities, forecast revenue, and prioritise activities to maximise sales effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to clients. Leverage internal resources and expertise to address client needs and overcome challenges.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments related to Oracle technologies, Cloud computing and SaaS solutions. Use market insights to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Customer Success: Drive customer success and satisfaction by ensuring successful implementation and adoption of solutions. Foster long-term relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with a track record of overachieving against sales targets.
  • Experienced in positioning and selling consulting services with a strong understanding of Oracle Apps and/or Tech.
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing and SaaS solutions, with the ability to articulate their value proposition to clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations and build rapport.
  • The ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections.
  • Possess a results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering value to clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Willingness to travel across Western Europe.
  • Oracle IT Services experience or strong familiarity with Oracle Apps/Tech is required.
