Multiple Roles Available – Solar PV Development & Delivery

Winfield Energy UK Ltd is the UK subsidiary of Winfield Co Japan Ltd, specialising in the development and delivery of medium-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects.

Due to continued growth and an expanding UK project pipeline, we are looking to recruit additional team members across several disciplines. Roles will be scoped according to experience, skills and project requirements.

Roles of interest include (but are not limited to):

• Solar Design Engineer – Ground-mount PV system design, layout optimisation, energy yield modelling (PVsyst / HelioScope), and compliance with UK electrical standards.
• Project Manager – End-to-end management of solar PV projects including budgets, schedules, procurement, consultants, contractors and stakeholder coordination.
• Construction Site Manager – Day-to-day on-site management, subcontractor coordination, HSE compliance, quality assurance and alignment with design specifications.
• Electrical Project Engineer – Grid connections, G99 compliance, HV and LV systems, substations, and coordination with DNOs and ICPs.
• Planning Specialist – Site feasibility, planning strategy, management of planning consultants and navigation of the UK planning process.
• Business Development Specialist – Project origination, tender writing, commercial proposals and client engagement.
• Marketing Manager – Brand development, digital marketing, communications and market positioning.
• Contract Manager – Drafting and managing customer and supplier contracts, ensuring commercial and legal compliance.
• Administration Manager – Office operations, policies, procedures, HR and finance coordination using third-party specialists where appropriate.

• Background in solar PV, renewables, energy or construction preferred
