As part of our team, you will play a huge role in the success of the company, and we will encourage and support you to develop your skills and abilities.
About the role:
As store manager your main purpose will be to ensure your store's overall commercial success whilst managing and developing your team to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store whilst maintaining a strong shop floor presence and delivering excellent customer service. As well as your initial management training we also offer accredited training courses to further develop your personal skills. Coupled with the support of your area manager and the wider head office team you will be provided with an extensive support network.
