As part of our team, you will play a huge role in the success of the company, and we will encourage and support you to develop your skills and abilities.
About the role:
- As Store Manager your main purpose will be to ensure your store's overall commercial success whilst managing and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store whilst maintaining a strong shop floor presence and delivering excellent customer service.
- As well as your initial management training we also offer accredited training courses to further develop your personal skills.
- Coupled with the support of your area manager and the wider head office team you will be provided with an extensive support network.

- Previous supervisory experience
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

- To be confident in managing, motivating, and developing your team
- Can make decisions, problem solve and take accountability with good planning skills
- A passion for retail and the ability to maximise any potential sales opportunities.
- To deliver exceptional store standards

- Good computer literacy
