About the role:

  • As Store Manager your main purpose will be to ensure your store's overall commercial success whilst managing and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store whilst maintaining a strong shop floor presence and delivering excellent customer service.
  • As well as your initial management training we also offer accredited training courses to further develop your personal skills.
  • Coupled with the support of your area manager and the wider head office team you will be provided with an extensive support network.

  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Can make decisions, problem solve and take accountability with good planning skills
