WineFi is a fast-growing alternative investment platform giving private investors access to professionally structured opportunities in fine wine and spirits. Having built our reputation in fine wine investment, we are now expanding into spirits through Tequila Reserve, our dedicated tequila investment proposition. We believe tequila has the potential to become the next major alternative investment category, and we are building the sales, investment and client infrastructure to lead that market as it develops. Following strong early demand, we are now expanding the Tequila Reserve private-client sales team from our office in London.

This role is specifically focused on Tequila Reserve. We are looking for ambitious, commercially minded people who want to build a career in high value private-client sales while helping establish a completely new investment category. You will speak with prospective investors who have already expressed an interest in tequila investment, introduce them to the Tequila Reserve proposition and progress suitable prospects through the sales process. This is designed as a development role. You will receive structured training in tequila, alternative investments, financial markets and consultative selling, with the objective of progressing quickly towards managing and closing your own client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Speaking with warm inbound enquiries generated through Tequila Reserve marketing
  • Conducting high volumes of outbound and follow-up calls
  • Introducing prospective clients to the Tequila Reserve investment proposition
  • Explaining how tequila can function as an investable alternative asset
  • Understanding a client's objectives, investment experience and level of interest
  • Conducting confident initial investment presentations
  • Handling questions and objections clearly and professionally
  • Booking qualified second-stage calls with senior members of the sales team
  • Managing your own pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Building long-term relationships with private investors

What We're Looking For:

  • Highly ambitious and motivated by performance
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Confident speaking with high-net-worth individuals
  • Articulate and credible over the phone
  • Comfortable asking commercially direct questions
  • Resilient and persistent

What We Offer:

This is an opportunity to join Tequila Reserve at a very early stage and help build what we intend to become the leading name in tequila investment. We offer:

  • £25,400 basic salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Significant commission paid on successful sales
  • OTE of £60,000–£100,000+ for strong performers
  • Full training from day one
  • Training in tequila, alternative assets and investment sales
  • A clear progression route from lead generation into closing your own clients
  • The opportunity to build and manage your own private-client book
  • Scope to progress rapidly as the Tequila Reserve sales team expands
  • Direct exposure to senior management and WineFi's investment team
  • The opportunity to help define and build an entirely new investment category

We are looking for people who want to join early, develop quickly and be part of building the category-defining brand in tequila investment.
