Your Objective:
Build our lead generation engine, and then scale it up.
We need to build measurable, repeatable, and predictable marketing economics across a small set of channels β so we can forecast spend versus return with confidence.
In plain terms, we need to know:

If we budget Β£W against channel X, we should expect roughly Β£Y back over Z period\β.
To accomplish this, we need someone to run rapid, focused experiments β backed by the capital needed to reach success.
Your Responsibilities:

Design and run fast, data-led experiments
to validate or disprove growth hypotheses, building on our existing work so far. -
Own the full top-of-funnel from first touch to sign-up
β spanning paid, partner, and owned channels (including paid media, landing pages, and nurture flows). -
Work with our graphic designers
to produce creative where required. -
Identify and remove bottlenecks
to improve conversion and efficiency. -
Critically, measure and interpret funnel performance
to pinpoint what\βs driving results (and what isn\βt) with scientific rigour. -
Ultimately, generate a pipeline of qualified leads that we can scale

Requirements:

Proven experience validating and scaling early-stage channels
in fintech, investing, or DTC. -
Analytical mindset
β comfortable using data to guide decisions over opinion and communicating results. Fluent in cohort analysis, A/B testing and analytical tools. -
Thrives in pace
β prefers speed of learning to perfection, with a heavy bias towards execution. This is not the role for someone who expects other people to do the work for them. -
Decisive ownership
β tell us what channels we should be testing, when we should be spending more, and when we should move on. We want to hear where we are good, where we suck, and what we should improve.
