What you’ll be doing
- Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality and consistent food standards
- Manage food costs, budgets, and supplier coordination
- Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team
- Ensure that the latest SOPs are implemented and adhered to across the kitchen
- Responsible for staff evaluation, succession and training plan
- Provide regular performance updates to area chefs and management
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safety regulations and licensing conditions
- Ensure cleanliness and proper grooming across the kitchen
- Collaborate with management to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Promote creativity, innovation, and consistency in all menu items
- Carry out any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
