Purpose
To maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all public and staff areas.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning of all bar areas internal and external, staff areas and all toilets located on the premises
- Correct use of all cleaning equipment and materials
- Checking for any health and safety issues that may prove harmful to the public and/or staff
- To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times
- Any other duties relevant and related to the post
Educational qualifications
Educated to secondary level standard
Skills and Experience
- No previous experience necessary
- An understanding of COSHH and its procedures is desirable
- The ideal candidate will be a team player with an enthusiastic outlook and the desire to ensure that the premises are presented to the highest standard
- With good communication skills, the ideal candidate will be able to approach their work in a methodical and logical manner
- Good attention to detail is essential
