We are seeking a talented individual with strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude who is willing to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues. You will be working alongside a dedicated team supplying personalised & bespoke packaging solutions to a wide range of sectors from food & drink, hospitality, museums/attractions & fashion to name but a few.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire print production process, acting as a liaison between sales, design, and our print suppliers to ensure products are printed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate print orders from sales teams.
- Creating and maintaining detailed job files outlining specifications, materials, deadlines.
- Managing multiple jobs simultaneously, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
- Reviewing artwork for accuracy, colours, and compatibility.
- Liaising with designers/clients in relation to artwork revisions.
- Scheduling production with suppliers, ensuring timelines are met.
- Completing quality checks on printed products to ensure accuracy & consistency.
- Identifying and resolving quality issues with suppliers.
- Maintaining open communication with clients, sales teams, designers, and suppliers.
- Providing regular updates/reports on jobs, identifying, and addressing any concerns.
- Transferring stock to relevant suppliers.
- Coordinating deliveries with fulfilment team to ensure timelines are met.
- Handling inbound customer enquiries by phone, email and online (if required).
- Managing print and personalisation trials on new product types.
- Reviewing invoices and reconciling as appropriate to support finance team.
- Reviewing outsourced stock management and wastage levels against production.
- Monitoring supplier performance at all times and driving continuous improvement.
- Preparing quotations and sales orders (if required).
- Experience in print or production preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
This is a full-time position, based at Crawley.
