We are seeking a talented individual with strong organisational skills and a can-do attitude who is willing to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues. You will be working alongside a dedicated team supplying personalised and bespoke packaging solutions to a wide range of sectors from food and drink, hospitality, museums/attractions, and fashion to name but a few.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire print production process, acting as a liaison between sales, design, and our print suppliers to ensure products are printed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate print orders from sales teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed job files outlining specifications, materials, and deadlines.
  • Manage multiple jobs simultaneously, tracking progress and identifying potential delays.
  • Review artwork for accuracy, colours, and compatibility.
  • Liaise with designers/clients in relation to artwork revisions.
  • Schedule production with suppliers, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Complete quality checks on printed products to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues with suppliers.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, sales teams, designers, and suppliers.
  • Provide regular updates/reports on jobs, identifying and addressing any concerns.
  • Transfer stock to relevant suppliers.
  • Coordinate deliveries with the fulfilment team to ensure timelines are met.
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries by phone, email, and online (if required).
  • Manage print and personalisation trials on new product types.
  • Review invoices and reconcile as appropriate to support the finance team.
  • Review outsourced stock management and wastage levels against production.
  • Monitor supplier performance at all times and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare quotations and sales orders (if required).

Whilst maintaining an awareness of and adhering to the Premier Group Staff Handbook (and company/statutory HR and environmental policies).

Experience
  • Experience in print or production preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

This is a full-time position, based at Crawley. We like to collaborate, so do not offer remote positions; therefore, you should be based within or near Crawley.
