Windyedge Cottage is a lovely family orientated care home in Forfar, providing 24-hour physical and social care to our residents. We are committed to delivering high quality, person-centred care in a safe, supportive and welcoming environment.
We are currently looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join our team. As a support worker, you will play an important role in supporting residents with their daily living needs while promoting their independence, dignity, health, and well-being.
We are looking for individuals who have:
- A genuine caring nature and understanding of the needs of others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to promoting high standards of care
- The ability to work well as part of a team, being reliable, professional, and compassionate
- A willingness to complete all mandatory training and adhere to Kennedy Care Group policies and procedures
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
