We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our global growth engine. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth, marketing operations, digital performance, and AI-enabled marketing transformation across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong B2B demand generation expertise with operational rigor, analytical thinking, and a modern AI-first mindset. What You’ll Own

  • Own marketing operations, automation, attribution, analytics, and funnel optimization

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing with strong expertise in growth marketing and demand generation
  • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and marketing performance
  • Deep understanding of marketing operations, automation, analytics, and funnel optimization
  • Experience implementing AI tools and workflows across marketing organizations
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales environments and complex B2B buying cycles
