Windward, Ltd. is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to build and run a modern, AI-forward enablement function for our global sales organization. This hands-on IC role leads onboarding, certification, coaching, and content creation across cross-functional teams to ensure field teams sell Windwardβs Maritime AI platform with clarity and urgency.
You will partner with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, RevOps, and CS to align messaging and training with the buyer journey and seller.
