In this position, you will champion a strengths-based approach, recognise the unique abilities of each person, and enable them to develop their skills and independence through meaningful activities.
As a senior member of the team, you will have strong administration skills, provide guidance and support to colleagues, promote best practice, and contribute to the ongoing development of our services. You will play a key role in shaping how we work, ensuring that people with lived experience are actively involved in decision-making processes.
This role involves creating and facilitating opportunities both within our services and in the local area, always applying a person-centred approach. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, supporting team members, and ensuring that services are delivered in line with organisational values and policies.
