We’re looking for an experienced IT Managed Services engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 & Azure. This role will focus on taking ownership of advanced technical issues, lead key infrastructure projects and mentor junior engineers. You will also deliver high-level support across hardware, software, networks, and cloud services. You'll manage technical escalations, lead projects and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our customers' IT infrastructure—primarily across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Be a senior member of the IT Engineering community at a leading MSP
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex technical issues.
- Lead projects including system upgrades and cloud migrations.
- Conduct system checks, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
- Experience of implementing MS Power Automate & Co-Pilot
- Mentor and support junior team members to improve capability across the team.
- Create and optimise SharePoint and Microsoft Teams set ups
- Implement compliance features, including DLP, retention policies, and eDiscovery.
- Contribute to cyber security audits and support preventative strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation for support tickets, projects, and procedures.
- Be client facing to support in-life account reviews and business development.
- Deliver an amazing customer experience!
- Oversee and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application security.

- Holds relevant professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft Associate level)
- At least 3 years’ experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Background working with a Managed Service Provider is desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
