Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Site Assessor Electrical to join the Apprenticeships team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a full-time, permanent basis. Based out of our Slough & Langley campus, this hybrid role offers significant flexibility as you will spend most of your time on the road, managing your own travel and site-visit schedule.
We're seeking a dedicated Site Assessor - Electrical to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within our Electrical Apprenticeship Programme. This full-time, permanent role involves providing essential skills coaching and mentoring to help apprentices excel in their end-point assessments. You will manage a caseload of apprentices, carrying out visits and formative assessments in the workplace (on-site) to progress towards a successful gateway. While this role offers a degree of flexibility through remote working for administrative tasks and planning, please note that regular travel is an essential requirement. To effectively support our apprentices and maintain strong relationships with our partner employers, you will be expected to conduct frequent on-site visits across the region. This "boots-on-the-ground" approach ensures that coaching is tailored to the specific technical environments our apprentices navigate daily, making your physical presence in the workplace a vital component of their success.
