Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Agricultural & Grounds Mechanic to join our Berkshire College of Agriculture Estates team on a permanent, full-time basis working 40 hours per week. This role pays between Support Scale H19 £29,496.22 to H22 £32,418.38 which will be dependent on skills and experience.
This is a hands-on role responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing agricultural and ground care machinery across the BCA. You will work on a range of equipment including tractors, implements, telehandlers and mowers, ensuring they are safe, reliable and ready for use.
You will carry out fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems, complete repairs and keep service records. The role also involves general workshop responsibilities, including ordering parts, managing fuel supplies and maintaining a safe working environment.
We are looking for someone with experience maintaining and fixing machinery, who has a practical and methodical approach, good fault-finding ability and a positive, flexible attitude. You must hold a valid UK drivers license for this role.
