Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work for 6 hours per week on Fridays to support students in our ALFIE department at our Slough and Langley College campus. This position is on a permanent, term time only basis for 37 weeks of the year. The role pays from G17 £3,432.36 up to G19 £3,674.94 (G17 £25,483 up to G19 £27,284 full time equivalent) which is dependent on qualifications and experience.

Join our ALFIE (Adult Learning for Independence & Employment) provision team and support adult learners aged 19+ with special educational needs, disabilities, or learning difficulties. ALFIE offers part-time vocational courses designed to build confidence, independence, and employability skills. Your role will involve supporting learners on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or within a classroom setting, helping them develop essential life and work skills such as independent living, money management, health, and employability.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling learners to access the curriculum, engage fully in college life, and work towards achieving their individual goals and full potential.
