Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a part time Lecturer to join our Schools team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture. This is a permanent 0.6 position working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The actual pro rata salary for this role ranges from £19,236.28 (T1) up to £27,572.23 (T11) per annum depending on your qualifications and experience. The full time equivalent would be £31,633 (T1) to £45,341 (T11). Please note the expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 19th August 2026.
As a Lecturer in our Schools team, you will join our Ofsted rated Good Colleges Group, working closely with learners to help them develop the foundational knowledge, practical skills, and professional mindsets they need to succeed working in Early Years education and achieve Gateway qualifications. You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, working closely with Learning Support Assistants to adapt your teaching. This ensures that learners from all starting points and experiences can fully participate and make progress. You will use regular assessment to understand exactly where learners are, identify and address gaps in their knowledge, and help them improve over time. Beyond subject specific teaching, you will also play an important role in encouraging attendance, supporting overall student wellbeing, and embedding core literacy and numeracy skills within the curriculum. We are looking for a clear communicator who collaborates well with support staff and can genuinely motivate and inspire students.
