The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our Motor Vehicles team at Slough and Langley College on a permanent full-time basis working on a term-time only contract.

Learning Support Assistant Motor Vehicle

As a Learning Support Assistant your role will involve enabling students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.

This role offers a full-time permanent position working 08:30 17:00 Monday Thursday and 08:30 16:30 Fridays at our Slough and Langley Campus on a Term Time Only basis working for 37 term time weeks per year.

You will be working under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager and Lecturers to assist with teaching, learning and associated activities in accordance with college policies, procedures and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).

You will be expected to support whole classes as well as working with individuals and small groups of learners, assisting with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities and working closely with pastoral and welfare staff in supporting students to overcome learning, physical or emotional boundaries.
