Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Engagement and Onboarding Lead to join our Greenskills Department on a fulltime basis.
Being primarily based at our Slough & Langley campus, the successful candidate can also expect to work at our Strodes College Campus.
The role pays from Support Scale I22 £29,987 up to I25 £32,706, which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
Please note that this position is a fixed-term contract with an expected end date of 31st July 2027.
Engagement and Onboarding Lead You will be the lead for commercial engagement, pipeline conversion and Salesforce management for our specialist technical training portfolio.
You will be responsible for the generation of revenue, conversion of warm leads, and implementation of targeted outreach campaigns for the Greenskills Department and will ensure effective tracking of customer interactions, guaranteeing that data is used to continuously improve pipeline performance and commercial growth.
We are looking for someone who can engage and onboard trade professionals, supporting their training requirements, course selection and employer management.
We seek someone who has significant experience in managing lead generation and pipeline conversion within a fast-paced environment.
You will also be passionate about developing a high performing, supportive and compliant culture for staff and learners based upon the core college values, Mission and Vision and in keeping with sector leading green tech, retrofit and Net Zero best practice.
