Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Teacher of Creative Media and A-Level Media Studies to join our Strodes College team on a part time, permanent basis working on a 0.5 FTE. The role pays from T1 £15,566.50 up to T11 £22,420.50 (T1 £31,133 up to T11 £44,098 FTE), which will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Please note the expected start date for this role is Thursday, 20th August 2026.

You will teach vocational Creative Digital Media Production and A Level Media Studies, ensuring high-quality student learning through the most effective and efficient use of the Colleges resources. You will be responsible for the delivery of a teaching programme that prioritizes student progression towards successful and value-added completion, including the regular assessment of progress and the preparation of reports. Working effectively within the media team, you will devise and maintain innovative teaching strategies while supporting extra-mural activities and industry outreach to enhance students' career development.

We are looking for someone who can inspire students and deliver a high standard of teaching and student support, maintaining morale and discipline both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a proactive role in promoting the Colleges reputation, keeping abreast of curriculum developments, and participating fully in professional development and performance management.

We seek someone who has an appropriate degree and a teaching qualification, or a willingness to work towards one. You will possess Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths and have recent experience teaching both vocational Creative Digital Media and A Level Media Studies. You must also demonstrate a strong commitment to the principles of Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, and Data Protection.
