Job Description Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Digital Designer and Content Creator to join our Marketing Department on a full-time all year-round permanent basis.

Digital Designer and Content Creator This is a full-time, on-site role working across all four of the Windsor Forest Colleges Groups Campuses.

Based out of either Slough and Langley College, or Berkshire College of Agriculture, you would be expected to travel to all campuses as required.

The role offers a salary from Scale I of the Support Staff pay scale I22 - £29,487 up to I25 - £32,206 per year depending on qualifications and experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Designer and Content Creator to join our team.

This role is ideal for a driven graduate educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Media, Illustration or other relevant subject who is excited to jump straight into delivering high-quality digital and print collateral to deadline.

By tapping into our extensive image library and creating fresh assets, you will dive into design projects across all internal and external promotional channels, from marketing campaigns to user interface design for our reports, Student Apps, and ILPs.

You will champion the distinct visual identities and brand guidelines across each of the four colleges within The Windsor Forest Colleges Group, while bringing your own fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.

To succeed, you will need hands-on experience with Photoshop, In Design, and the wider Creative Suite, as well as a passion for producing impactful campaign visuals.

As part of the wider Marketing team, you will help drive the evolution of the Colleges digital services using a user-focused, data-driven, iterative, and open approach.

An awareness of Content Management Systems such as Word Press, as well as social media and scheduling platforms, would be a great bonus.

Please note that for this role the selection process will fall into 3 stages: Stage 1: Application Form review; blind application review, comparing your personal statement to the criteria of the person specification.

Stage 2: If you move forward to the next stage, you will be asked to submit a portfolio showcasing your capabilities as a designer.
