Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for an Agriculture Lecturer Land Based to join our team at Berkshire College of Agriculture (BCA) on a Fixed Term Contract expiring in July 2026, working on a full-time basis.
The primary purpose of this role is to teach and contribute to the development and support of various agriculture programs, including Land-based T Levels. To be considered for this role please explain in your Personal Statement your Livestock experience and skillsets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Teaching a variety of programs within the department
- Acting as a personal tutor
- Leading course management for specific programs
- Involvement in curriculum development, particularly in developing and implementing Land-based T-Level programs
- Supporting students with educational needs
- Contributing to the marketing and recruitment of programs
- Developing external contacts and promoting industry-based work
- Overseeing the coordination and administration of certain programs
