Lecturer – Production Arts (0.6)
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Production Arts to join the Berkshire College of Agriculture on a permanent, part‑time basis.
This 0.6 position works Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Salary ranges from £18,979.80 to £27,204.60, dependent on experience and qualifications, based on a full‑time equivalent of £31,633 to £45,341.
Expected dates for the role are 19th August 2026 to July 2027.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, engaging teaching that inspires student growth and ensures successful course completion.
- Create dynamic lessons and closely monitor student progress through Individual Learning Plans.
- Guide students confidently through the assessment process.
- Support hands‑on learning, including drilling, sawing and use of specialist equipment.
- Lead the Level2 Production Arts UAL course, driving the design of assignment briefs, marking and assessment.
- Maintain a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance and foster student confidence.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree or substantial industry experience in production arts.
- Either holds a teaching qualification or is eager to pursue one.
- Minimum Level2 in English and Maths.
- Proven teaching experience, strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
