Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Teacher of Sport & Protective Services to join our Strode’s College team starting in September 2025 on a permanent, part-time basis working on a 0.63 FTE.
Please note the expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 20th August 2025.
We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Sport & Protective Services to join our vibrant educational team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in both Sport and Uniformed Protective Services disciplines, aligning with our curriculum and educational standards.
This role involves fostering students' physical abilities, theoretical knowledge, and practical skills in these areas, while also promoting discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities essential for careers in sports and protective services sectors.
The ideal applicant should have a robust background in sports education, physical training, or a related field, as well as experience or a strong interest in uniformed protective services. A commitment to student development, both in terms of academic achievements and personal growth, is crucial.
The teacher will also be expected to contribute to the planning and execution of engaging, interactive lessons that meet the learning objectives and cater to a diverse student body with varying needs and aspirations. Additionally, the candidate should be prepared to collaborate with other faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences and participate actively in the continuous improvement of educational practices and outcomes within the department.
