We are looking for a Teacher of Business and Computer Science to join Strode’s College team on a permanent, part‑time basis working 0.7 FTE. The role pays from T1 £19,538.92 up to T11 £31,509.89 (Full‑time Equivalent T1 £31,133 up to T11 £44,841), dependent on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science and Business to Level 3 learners with enthusiasm.
- Ensure high quality student learning through effective use of college resources.
- Deliver a teaching programme within the post holder’s competence, paying due regard to student progression toward successful and value‑added completion.
- Maintain student morale and discipline inside and outside the classroom, in conjunction with college management.
Qualifications
Qualified teacher in Computer Science or Business and recognised teaching qualification.
Evidence of curriculum delivery and assessment at Level 3.
