Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lead Learning Support Assistant to join our Foundation Department at Slough and Langley campuses on a full-time, term-time only basis.
The role involves 37 hours per week over 38 term-time weeks per year, with pro-rata salary on H scale.
Responsibilities include facilitating direct academic support for students with EHCPs, leading lessons in the lecturer’s absence, supervising other LSAs, and coordinating with tutors to tailor activities for SEND needs.
