This apprenticeship develops skills to become a qualified Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technician. You’ll work in a team delivering maintenance and installations across properties while gaining experience. The programme lasts about 48 months, ending with a Level 3 qualification.

What you’ll do at work:

  • Support the maintenance and installation of plumbing and heating systems, including pipework, radiators and boilers.
  • Use tools and machinery safely (training provided).
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
  • Follow health and safety guidance, risk assessments and report incidents.
  • Maintain learning logs and complete apprenticeship learning activities.

  • Security clearance plus BPSS checks required.
