Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Lecturer in Production Arts to join the Berkshire College of Agriculture on a permanent, part time basis. This is a 0.6 position working Monday, Tuesday and Friday. The salary for this role ranges from 18,979.80 (T1) up to 27,204.60 (T1), which is dependent on experience and qualifications and based on a full time equivalent of 31,633 (T1) up to 45,341 (T11). Please note the expected dates for this role are Wednesday, 19th August 2026 until July 2027.

As a Lecturer in Production Arts, you will play a rewarding role in delivering high quality, engaging teaching that inspires student growth and ensures successful course completion. In this role, you will create dynamic lessons, closely monitor student progress through Individual Learning Plans and guide them confidently through the assessment process. Your practical expertise will be crucial in supporting hands on learning, including drilling, sawing and using specialist equipment, while your leadership will foster a lively classroom atmosphere with strong attendance. Crucially, you will take the lead on the Level 2 Production Arts UAL course, driving the design of assignment briefs, marking and assessment.

We are looking for an inspiring educator with a relevant degree or substantial industry experience, who either holds a teaching qualification or is eager to pursue one. A minimum Level 2 in English and Maths is essential for this role.
