The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lead Learning Support Assistant for its Foundation Department at the Slough and Langley campuses.
This term-time only role runs 37 hours per week across 38 weeks and is paid on Scale H (H19 to H22).
You will support pupils, guide colleagues, and step in to lead classes when needed, ensuring alignment with EHCPs.
Responsibilities include planning with tutors, handling attendance and performance records, and supporting English, maths and ICT.
