The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Technical Skills Coach / Trainer to join the Electrical Apprenticeship team at our Slough & Langley College campus on a full-time, permanent basis. This role pays between Scale £36,596.00 and £38,665.00 dependent on skills and experience.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage and mentor a dynamic caseload of apprentices within our Electrical Apprenticeship Programme. This full-time, permanent role involves providing essential skills coaching and mentoring in a classroom/college-based setting to help apprentices excel in their end point assessments. Experience of teaching in a classroom environment is essential to this role, and so a teaching qualification or the willingness to work towards a recognised teaching qualification within a reasonable time frame is required. To be considered for this position, you must have one of the following level 3 electrical installation qualifications: City & Guilds 8202, 2365, 2330 or 2360. You should also hold 18th Edition & AM2/AM2S alongside an A1/CAVA certificate. Candidates should remember to state these qualifications in their personal statement as applicants who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.
