Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a part time Sessional Welding Tutor and Assessor. This role works 22.5 hours per week at our Slough & Langley College campus on a fixed term contract. The role pays £35.01 per hour.

You will be the College lead for delivering, assessing and quality assuring our City & Guilds accredited welding qualifications within a practical workshop and classroom environment. You will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering high-quality training programmes across a range of welding processes, including MMA, MIG/MAG, TIG and Oxy-Acetylene, while rigorously embedding and enforcing industry-standard health, safety and environmental practices.

We are looking for someone who can monitor and support learner progression, conduct weld inspections and testing to BS EN 4872 standards and maintain the operational excellence of our welding workshop. We seek someone who has significant industry experience in welding and fabrication, along with a strong technical knowledge of welding engineering principles and engineering drawings. You will also be passionate about developing a high-performing, supportive and safe learning environment based upon the core college values, Mission and Vision, ensuring our students are fully prepared for industry success.
