Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Teacher of Business Marketing with Travel & Tourism to join our Strode’s College team on a full time, permanent basis. The role pays from T1 £31,633 up to T11 £45,341 which will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Please note the expected start date for this role is Wednesday, 19th August 2026.
You will be a key member of the Business, IT and Economics department, taking responsibility for the effective delivery of a teaching programme for Business and Marketing. You will ensure high-quality student learning through the most effective use of College resources, supporting Level 3 learners as they progress toward successful and value-added completion. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of effective teaching and learning strategies, ensuring that curriculum development and assessment requirements are consistently met. You will maintain accurate data, including progress reports and examination results, while guaranteeing that these systems are used to continuously improve student retention and achievement.
We are looking for someone who can lead and inspire students, support their personal development through the organization of extra-mural activities and pastoral support. You will work effectively within your team to devise and maintain teaching strategies that manage student morale effectively. We seek someone who has an appropriate Degree and a teaching qualification, with significant experience in teaching Level 3 courses, particularly T-Levels or Travel and Tourism. You will also be passionate about developing a high-performing culture by building links with industry and commerce, maintaining a commitment to the College’s core values of equality, safeguarding, and professional excellence.
