Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Apprenticeship Support Officer to join our Apprenticeships team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a full time permanent basis. The role pays from H19 £27,284.00 up to H22 £29,987.00 which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who is driven to support young people and make a real impact behind the scenes of successful apprenticeship programmes. As an Apprenticeship Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of delivery supporting apprentices and employers while ensuring off the job training hours are accurately tracked, compliant and audit ready.
Working closely with Skills Coaches and delivery teams, you’ll keep learners on track, motivated, and fully supported throughout their journey. This includes delivering engaging training sessions, monitoring attendance for both apprenticeship programmes and functional skills and producing timely reports for employers.
Acting as a key point of contact, you will confidently handle queries from apprentices, employers, and parents or carers. This role requires a sharp eye for detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google and Canva to maintain accurate records across multiple systems, support enrolment and respond to safeguarding concerns with care.
If you have experience working with apprentices, handling sensitive data, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is a fantastic opportunity.
