Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for Admissions Assistants to join our team working across all 4 of our campuses on a fixed-term sessional basis. This is a sessional fixed-term contract starting 20th of July 2026 and finishing on the 25th of September 2026. The rate of pay for this role is £15.01 per hour and is inclusive of holiday pay.

The core responsibilities of an Admissions Assistant are focused on providing high-quality day-to-day administrative support, which includes:

  • Managing front-line communication with parents and students
  • Maintaining student records
  • Handling data entry

In addition to this core of day-to-day administrative support, an Admissions Assistant may be responsible for:

  • The logistical coordination of stationery across all campuses
  • The collation of campus-specific data for KPI and trend reporting
  • Serving as a proxy or point of contact for senior management when required

Furthermore, the successful candidate will act as the site lead for student-focused events like Fresher's Fairs and assist with cross-college evening events such as open evenings.

As an Admissions Assistant, you will be primarily based at either Slough and Langley College or Berkshire College of Agriculture. However, flexibility is essential as the college must ensure admissions are processed in a timely fashion across all 4 campuses. It is therefore expected and required that candidates must be fully available to work at the Strode's or Windsor College campuses during peak admissions periods upon request. As such, you must state in your application which campus you would prefer as a primary base.
