Windsor Forest College Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join the Technical team at Slough & Langley College on a term-time contract working on a full-time basis. Learning Support Assistant Technical We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant at our Langley Campus to work with learners in our Technical Department. As such knowledge of ICT and/or Travel and Tourism is desirable but not essential. Your role will involve providing support to learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to enable them with accessing the curriculum and participating fully in college life. Working under the direction of the Curriculum Leader for Technical Department, the responsibility of this role will be to assist with teaching, learning, providing educational and mentoring support for students with SEN, and promoting positive relationships and acceptable behaviour. The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, be able to build rapport with students and staff, have flexibility in working with different students, and be willing to take on new challenges.
