Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our Slough & Langley College team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role pays between T1 £31,133 and T11 £44,841 which is dependent on skills and experience.
The primary purpose of the Motor Vehicle Lecturer is to provide an outstanding student experience through high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, enabling students to maximise their potential. This includes delivering effective motor vehicle programmes within the lecturer's area of expertise, developing engaging and responsive teaching strategies to meet learner needs, and supporting students throughout their learning journey from application through to progression and employment.
In addition to core teaching responsibilities, the Motor Vehicle Lecturer plays a vital role in creating a motivating and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and practical skills development. This includes adapting delivery to suit a range of learning styles, integrating industry-relevant practical experience with underpinning theoretical knowledge, and using modern workshop equipment and digital technologies to enhance learning and assessment.
