Windsor & Eton Brewery is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our presence, primarily within the Pub Co community. This part-time role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong industry relationships, and delivering new business revenue. You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle and play a key role in increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build relationships within the Pub Co and wider hospitality sector
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to agreement
- Deliver against agreed revenue targets
- Represent the brewery at meetings and industry events
About You
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong communicator, both face‑to‑face and by phone
- Organised with a results‑focused mindset
- Confident using Excel, Word, and sales tracking tools
- Passionate about craft beer
